Douglas the dragon loves his new Cape Gel mattress! It replaced the RV's stock mattress, which was not nearly as plush and comfy (and also too long for the platform beneath). Delivery and setup was a breeze. Highly recommended for all sleep-deprived RVers and their serpent companions.

The most difficult part was finding the mattress company. Frankly, I am surprised that Custom Mattress Makers does not have a far larger number of reviewers on the common review sites. I generally prefer to choose things online without calling in, but I’m very glad I called and spoke to Nick. He was knowledgeable and he anticipated our concerns while never trying to upsell us. In fact, I feel confident he really wanted us to get the best results possible for us rather than for his company. Nick understood how to adapt for the quirks of our bed.
The delivery was exactly on schedule and was a bit of a surprise. The coil spring mattress is packaged in a clever and efficient way.

Well, I was looking at custom matresses but not serious,.... got a antique corbille bed that needed one...went throu a few websites and not much in the way of quality custom matresses' looked very promising. After pingponging e-mailes back and forth as to the specifics i undesrood these guy's actually cared about quality just by the responces i received.....i talked to a real person that really cared and was apparently acustomed to the real world and took care of me on every point of question i had. So i was mostly sold on the customer service and i was pretty suprised when the matress actullay fit perfectly when it got here. So I highley recommend them and will buy more from them in future because they do great work and care about the customers.....really simple actually.

Have a euro bed frame that had a split mattress. So hard to find a replacement! Found these guys when looking for custom sizes, and I’m glad I did! The mattress came within the 3-week window and my 4 year old and I had a blast opening it up :) Very comfy and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

It’s been at least 25 years since I’ve had a mattress that fits my grandmother’s 4 post bed. It’s probably over 100+ years old. And, this mattress is so comfortable. I’m definitely smiling!

After 4 “standard” king size mattresses that ran short from other companies, Custom Mattress Makers was able to make the perfect 76” x 80” mattress for our custom bed. Nick was very helpful and patient, and his team was able to make the size as specified. We were a bit worried about the firmness since we couldn’t test it out in person before purchasing, but the Daytona Firm Custom mattress is perfect. The price was also reasonable. We are very happy with our purchase. It is beautiful in our new home.
