Do you have an RV, van conversion, trailer, camper, boat/yacht, antique bed, or other application that requires an angle to be cut into the mattress? We can help! Some say our Angle Cut Mattress designs are the best on the market, and it's not even close.

All of our mattress models are available in angle corner cuts. Unlike most other brands that offer only foam, we offer tempered-steel coil support systems - which are constructed to your size by hand. This not only means more durability and a longer life span, but also a much more comfortable feel. The times of "feeling the wood" underneath your mattress are over!

How it works:

  1. Fill in and submit the form below with as much information as possible. We will reply in a timely manner.
  2. Based on your measurements and comfort preference, we will make at least one mattress recommendation with price for your special size.
  3. When you've decided the mattress you like best, we will create and email a digital sketch of the mattress shape for you to approve.
  4. After the sketch is approved, we create a special mattress page with dimensions and price already set. You can add this to your cart and checkout on the website as normal.
  • Lead-time is around 2-3 weeks for special cuts.
  • UPS shipping is provided at no additional charge.
  • Sales tax is added only if shipping to Florida.

How do I measure?

Visit our Measuring Templates page and select the template that matches your cut. Print the template, fill in your measurements, and then attach the template to the form above.

How many angle cuts can you build?

We can build up to 4 angle cuts per mattress.

How small or large can you make the mattress?

Our maximum width is 78" and maximum length is 84".

What firmness is available?

Any of our 15 mattress models are available with angle cuts.

How long does it take to receive my order?

This can vary, but our typical lead-time is around 2 weeks or so.

How much is shipping?

Any prices we provide will include UPS Ground shipping. We currently ship to any address in the 48 contiguous US states.

*Sales tax is only collected if the mattress is shipping to Florida.

What is the return/refund policy?

Since this mattress requires special cuts and isn't a standard rectangle shape, our 100-Night Satisfaction Guarantee is not available. In the event there is an issue, we will do all we can to help find a solution.
