All protectors are warrantied for 30 days after delivery date, which covers manufacturing defects. If you believe a workmanship issue exists, please reply to the order confirmation email or use our CONTACT US page within 30 days of delivery date.

- All protectors ship via UPS and can be expected approximately 2-3 weeks after order date.

All protectors are warrantied for 30 days after delivery, which covers manufacturing defects. If you believe an issue exists, please CONTACT US as soon as possible.

Custom Mattress Makers allows for size changes up to 24 hours after the order is placed. In an effort to keep lead-times as short as possible, we like to place orders shortly after they're placed. If it is within 24 hours of the order being placed and you need to make a change, please reply to the order confirmation email or email us via the CONTACT US page.
After 24 hours have passed, changes cannot be made to the order.

Similar to the above policy, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. Within this time period, the order can be cancelled and full purchase amount will be refunded. Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot cancel an order after 24 hours have passed.
