- Bedroom Size: The size of your bedroom will determine the maximum size of mattress that can comfortably fit. Measure your bedroom space to ensure there is enough room for the mattress and any additional furniture or walkways you may need.
- Number of Sleepers: Determine how many people will be sharing the bed. If you sleep alone, a smaller mattress size may be sufficient. However, if you share the bed with a partner, children, or pets, you may need a larger size to accommodate everyone comfortably.
- Sleepers' Sizes: Consider the height and body sizes of the individuals sleeping on the mattress. Taller individuals may require extended mattress sizes to ensure their feet aren't hanging off the edge. In-Home Mattress Setup & Disposal includes:
- Setup of one (1) mattress or foundation.
- Disposal of one (1) mattress or foundation.
If you're interested in having additional pieces setup or removed, please contact us.
We've partnered with LoadUp to provide our customers with the convenience of having their new CMM mattress setup and one mattress removed from their home and disposed of.
How the setup/removal process works:
- Once your new CMM mattress has been delivered by UPS, we will submit a request to schedule the appointment. You will receive an email shortly after (usually within minutes) to select the day and time window that works best for you.
- On your scheduled day and time window, representatives from LoadUp will arrive to your home and setup one (1) mattress or foundation.
- The team will also remove one (1) old mattress or foundation from your home and dispose of it in the most environmentally friendly method available.
*Please note that any mattress or foundation being removed must be in reasonable sanitary condition. LoadUp team members reserve the right to refuse any mattress that they deem unsanitary and may put them in a position to be harmed or get sick.
IMPORTANT - LOADUP CANCELLATION POLICY:
Additional charges may be passed along to the customer if a scheduled appointment is cancelled without at least two (2) days notice. Please read the following important details regarding cancellations:
- If an appointment has been scheduled with LoadUp and the customer cancels the day prior to the appointment date, a $15.00 fee will be charged to the customer.
- If an appointment has been scheduled with LoadUp and the customer cancels the day of the appointment date, a $50.00 fee will be charged to the customer.
- All fees listed above must be paid in full by the customer before an appointment can be rescheduled. Custom Mattress Makers reserves the right to cancel this service if any balances remain unpaid.
