- Number of Sleepers: Determine how many people will be sharing the bed. If you sleep alone, a smaller mattress size may be sufficient. However, if you share the bed with a partner, children, or pets, you may need a larger size to accommodate everyone comfortably.

- All beds ordered 60" wide or less will come in one piece.
- All beds ordered larger than 60" wide will come in two pieces (split).
In other words, 60" is the maximum width that a platform bed will come in one piece. Anything ordered over 60" wide will come as two, which will sit next to each other (similar to king boxsprings). If you have a mattress smaller than 60" wide and would prefer to have two beds instead of one, you would order two (2) quantity of that size.

As this is a custom made wood furniture product, it is not available for a return or refund.

Measure the size of the space you want to fill with the bed frame. We always recommend undersizing that tight space by at least 1" on each side to ensure a comfortable fit. If you have an existing mattress, you can simply measure the width and length and order the bed frame accordingly.

Setup is easy and should take no longer than 20 minutes. No tools are required. Instructions will be provided in the box. You can also find links to them at the top of this page under "Assembly Instructions".

- All platform bed frames ship in a single box via UPS and can be expected approximately 2-3 weeks after order date.

At this time we only offer our bed frame as a "low-low" style without a headboard.

Due to the custom nature of these furniture products, they cannot be returned for a refund. All platform beds are warrantied for 1 year, which covers manufacturing defects. For more information regarding the warranty, please visit our Product Warranty page.
Size changes

Custom Mattress Makers allows for size changes up to 24 hours after the order is placed. In an effort to keep lead-times as short as possible, we like to place orders shortly after they're placed. If it is within 24 hours of the order being placed and you need to make a change, please reply to the order confirmation email or email us via the CONTACT US page.
After 24 hours have passed, changes cannot be made to the order.

Similar to the above policy, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. Within this time period, the order can be cancelled and full purchase amount will be refunded. If you're interested in cancelling an order and it is within 24 hours of the order being placed, please reply to the order confirmation email or email us via the CONTACT US page.
Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot cancel an order after 24 hours have passed.

All platform bed frames are built and shipped in Ohio. Once the products ship, a confirmation email/text will be sent to the email/phone number on file. This will include UPS tracking information.
This platform bed ships unassembled in a single box. Setup is very simple and should take no longer than 30 minutes. Assembly instructions are included inside the box, which you can also find in the Frequently Asked Questions section on this page.
