Angled Corner
These are common in RV's and camper applications. We can do one, two, three, or all four corners depending on what you need.

Notched Corner
Do posts stick out where the mattress should be? We can customize the mattress to conform to the obstruction, giving you a longer sleeping surface.

Rounded Corner
Popular in RV's, boats, aircraft and antiqued beds. We sculpt the interior materials using a template and then sew the fabrics to match, One, two, three or all four corners can be done.

Angled Corner
Some platform styles in RV's, campers, and other vehicles require a corner of the mattress to be cut off at an angle. This may be to allow a door to open or to free up space to walk around the bed. Whether it's one corner or all four, we can build a mattress that will fit appropriately.
Unlike some other brands, we make angle cuts in coils that extend from edge to edge. No foam encasement. That means a stronger and firmer edge that will last longer. This takes longer to complete and requires a high level of skill, but the result is a level of support and comfort that can't be found anywhere else. For those on a tighter budget, we also have foam designs available without coils.

Notched Corner
The most common use for notched corner mattresses is a four poster bed frame. These antique beds have posts in the corner that block the mattress from extending down the full length of the frame. Notches at both foot-corners are the most common, but we can do all four if that is preferred.
After cutting the inside materials to just slightly larger than the obstruction, we sew the outer fabrics of the mattress the same as we would a normal corner. What this does is it creates an area of loose fabric, which compresses when placed into the bed frame. This allows for easy sheet tucking and a comfortable fit.
While bed posts are the most common reason for notches, we've also created them for RVs, vans, and a variety of other unique applications.

Radius/Rounded Corner
Rounded corner mattresses are commonly used in RVs, campers, boats, antique beds, European-sized beds, and various other specialty setups. Similar to the angled corner setup, the curved foot provides extra space to move more easily around the bed. In antique bed or European design, the head or foot of the mattress may need to be curved to follow the inside of the frame.
To create the rounded shape, we use a layered foam mattress design without coils. This allows us to cut to exact dimensions with a knife and ensure proper fitment.
If the corner curve of the mattress is symmetrical—meaning both sides mirror each other—a radius measurement can be taken. If it’s asymmetrical, with one side more angled than the other, it’s considered a custom shape and won’t have a defined radius. In either case, we’ll guide you through the process to ensure you get exactly what you need.
