Need to make a size change?

Custom Mattress Makers allows for changes/alterations up to 24 hours after the order is placed. This applies to mattresses, foudnations, sheets and mattress protectors.

In an effort to keep lead-times as short as possible, we start assembling materials as early as one day after the order is placed.
If it is within 24 hours of the order and you need to make a change, please reply to the order confirmation email or reach out to us via the CONTACT US page.
After 24 hours have passed since the order was placed, we are unable to make any changes.

Need to cancel an order?

Similar to the above policy, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. This applies to mattresses, foundations, sheets and mattress protectors.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot cancel or refund an order after 24 hours has passed.

Mattress/Foundation Review - Caladesi Plush

We received our foundation several days before the mattress came giving us time to assemble and place inside the bed frame. Our bed frame is an 1830 antique. The foundation fit like a glove inside the rails and was easy to assemble. The mattress arrived in good order and opened out nicely after we got it out of the shipping box. It fit on the bed exactly as anticipated and per our measurements. It is supportive and comfortable. We get a very good night’s sleep. The mattress could be improved if it had side handles. While maker’s theory is it only needs to be spun and not turned, handles are not essential. But we have an antique bed with real bed posts and you cannot spin around them. Mattress must be lifted over posts. The mattress Quantam Edging is not as much as we had hoped. Our outgoing mattress had very strong edging which helps greatly getting into and out of bed, especially a high (32-1/2") antique bed. Strong edging also helps prevent accidental roll offs. Except for the two inconveniences, the bed gives a good rest. The coil structure keeps two occupants from rolling into each other as well. We were happy with the customer service and considerable input of CMM staff in setting up or order.

Just Right

An antique bed needs a custom mattress so that linens hang properly, little fingers don’t get stuck in crevices, and a standard mattress—ill-fitted to non-standard brackets—doesn’t fall to the floor. I was pleased with how quickly my Custom Mattress Makers piece arrived and how easy it was for me to unpack it myself.

Cocoa firm -- as delicious as chocolate

We ordered the Cocoa firm and it is great. Love the mix of coils and foam. We were originally worried about the folded mattress for shipping but it regained its form perfectly. A good solid, firm mattress. No reservations.

Medium Firm is everything I ever could have wanted!

Cannot imagine a mattress better suited for the job. Firm and wonderfully supportive without being too firm. A genuinely great mattress and a great value.

We ordered an out of normal size under mattress box and the fit was right on. Assembly was pretty smooth and easy. Two thumbs up.

Great customer service, fits like a glove

I reached out with a question to the company on a Sunday night not expecting an answer until normal working hours. However, I not only received a response within minutes, but this person also helped create a custom order using half inches then and there on a Sunday night. I was able to complete my order online seamlessly within 10 minutes of sending my first inquiry. Talk about amazing customer service. Our mattress foundation arrived about 3 weeks after the order date and 2 days after shipping confirmation. The directions provided were easy to follow and assembly went smoothly. It fits like a glove in our antique bed frame that my son is using for his new big boy room. He loves his new bed and we have the peace of mind of having a perfectly fitted mattress foundation. Would definitely recommend this company!
