Easy Assembly
No tools required. Connect the side rails to the head/foot boards with the provided bolts and wing nuts, lay the slats down with help from velcro, then slide the fitted cover over it.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the return/refund policy?
Standard size Foundations are available for return within 30 days of the delivery date. The Foundation must be sealed in its shipping box, unopened and unused. Any Foundation that has been open and/or removed from its shipping box is deemed used and cannot be returned.
• Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
• To initiate a return, please reach out to us by phone or email on our Contact Us page within 30 days of the delivery date.
Will my Foundation be one piece, or two?
• Twin, Twin XL, Full, and Queen are one piece
• King and California King are two pieces (split)
How do I set it up?
Setup is easy and should take no longer than 20 minutes. No tools are required. Instructions will be provided in the box. You can also find links to them just above this section.
How is it delivered and how long does it take?
All foundations ship in a single box via UPS and can be expected approximately 2 weeks after order date.
Where is it made?
All foundations are built by a wood craftsman in Ohio, USA.
Important Ordering Information
Need to make a change to the foundation size?
Custom Mattress Makers allows for size changes up to 24 hours after the order is placed. In an effort to keep lead-times as short as possible, we like to place orders shortly after they're placed. If it is within 24 hours of the order being placed and you need to make a change, please reply to the order confirmation email or email us via the CONTACT US page.
After 24 hours have passed, changes cannot be made to the order.
Cancellations
Similar to the above policy, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. Within this time period, the order can be cancelled and full purchase amount will be refunded. If you're interested in cancelling an order and it is within 24 hours of the order being placed, please reply to the order confirmation email or email us via the CONTACT US page.
Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot cancel an order after 24 hours have passed.
Shipping Information
All foundations are built and shipped in Ohio. Once the products ship, a confirmation email/text will be sent to the email/phone number on file. This will include UPS tracking information.
*This foundation ships unassembled in a single box. Setup is very simple and should take no longer than 20 minutes. Assembly instructions are included inside the box, which you can also find in the Frequently Asked Questions section on this page.
Warranty
All foundations are warrantied for 1 year, which covers manufacturing defects.
